Not sure if anyone else has this issue, completed all 10 tasks, collected each reward, the overall statute still shows 9 of 10 completed. See screenshots of all 10 tasks. I think there were problems on day one of this event that completion status wasn't recorded, also flights completions were not recorded either.

UPDATE: I heard some other forum numbers also have this problem that the overall status does not show 10/10 completed when all 10 tasks are completed. One forum member contacted GI support and GI support gave him 750 Hamster manually (that is the 10/10 award). So if you had the same issue and wanted the 750 Hamster award, please contact GI support. I am not going to bother, already have too many award buildings in warehouse cannot fit in my city's limited land.
