Certain events have tasks to visit event buildings, some buildings require greens to purchase. This event has at least 3, the villa, stone castle and townhouse. So far you've hit the task just for villa. Some buildings like villa and townhouse go on sale periodically via the store. Others like stone castle never go on sale. The choice is yours. I hit this same situation years back when playing and I decided to wait until the sale which happened to occur during the event. The choice is up to you if and when.

well, i am no expert, was just expressing my thoughts, obviously you know better,,still i find it quite..well..fckd..but whatever..if it's like that..still wondering if iam that lucky when doing like 50tasks a day and never hit those...

Partly yes, but certain events, this included, seem to present the easy tasks to begin and then get harder as event progresses. if you check the event wiki for this event there are numerous event buildings for this event and some require greens to purchase so this event is tailored more for players that are much further along with their city. even if have the townhouse per say, this task is to collect 48 pax from them so unless have all 6 or use a magic square it will take a few tries. again, this event is more advanced but key is do what can and over time will progress. this is a long term game.
