Big time GRIPE here. !st, GI support cant receive my email reply's correctly (I checked my end and it's OK). 2nd, They suggested I chat from their web site, so I did and really got nowhere. Then realize I started the chat wrong and terminated the chat (I thought). Tried to start a new chat and the old one is still there and of course no one is listening any longer, Exited in and out several times with no luck. So now I'm in never, never land waiting to hear from their managers? 3rd, Now I don't know if I collect what's left of my event progress I already have ready to take, will I keep it after they fix my crashed game. OH well, we shall see.
