    relatively new to this game, how do you get resources to build and upgrade the bigger buildings. Only way i can find is watching those advertisements but there has got to be a faster way right?

    @ducovanvreumingen i'd say that it depends on what exact buildings you mean, many items can be obtained from gifts from neighbours as you may know, also taping on requested item will show a pop up window telling you where and how to get it. ads are fine and actually it may be considered as fastest way, because you'll get it right away,,although there is limit on how many ads you can play for an item(s) per day..timer refresh jumps from 10 minutes to few hrs..
