S @ Seba Foxx:Every time I try to accept a friday bonus it tells me I don't have the game installed on my PC but yet it says I claimed the prize. However when I go to the game nothing is there. I don't get it. I am playing it on my PC so how come it says I don't have it installed?

S @ Seba Foxx:I am really getting tired of this game if it has me install one more time I am going to quit. Last time it said the game I was using on my PC was no longer supported so I installed the one (I thought) they wanted and I ended up having to start all over again. Now 2 months later it is saying I don't even have the game installed on my PC but it is the game they told me to install last time..

I have noticed that the Launch Ready Chests are now dropping far less valuable Space Program launch items than before. Have just opened 15 and only 1 was of any real value. This morning I opened 20 and only 2 were of any real value -
F @ Fedster:rng can be a royal pain in the bitt with them captain iv opened over 70 in one day and only got 1 large explosive bolt and maybe a a few large fuel tanks and and a few main stabalisers

It comes as no real surprise with regards to the Launch Ready Chests, I'm sorry to say Game Insight has a very long history of 'putting the squeeze' on players. Unfortunately, it has a far more negative effect on players who are new to the game.
