So just a few hours after the event started, I said I would give up

game is crashing again

its crashing on all platformns now. My ipad and 2 windows games. it almost never crashed on windows before and everything is slow

if they were able to add new mastery levels they should not had any trouble making the all-time for destinations count and i dont need the rewards just give me what i earned! And the game cant handle me collecting my collections or if i collect income from more than 2 landed planes at once the game freezes. and in the last week the game has been crashing and freezing when collecting. I will not be making any purchases until they fix the stars issue. we supporteed the game for alot of years and this how they thank us!!

Just to add my experience.I contacted Game Insight Support again regarding the freezing and crashing issues. To rule out my hardware, I upgraded to a brand-new iPad Air M4 last week. Unfortunately, the game performs exactly the same—if anything, it feels worse. The disappointing part is that I received essentially the same response I received when I first reported this issue three years ago: it's a known issue, it's complex, and the developers are working on it. Three years later, I'm still experiencing the same freezes when collecting items, helicopters, and flights.

@david smith @Gregb41405 ... don't want to make you in any way angry guys, and although i had some little issues with ac in past... my game has never crashed on android or on pc..for the last 7 years.been playing on different phones (at least 5)...game is not laggy, no game affecting bugs (apart from some obvious visual ones)..nothing.. currently on redmi note 13 5g and sometimes win10 to pickup gifts..no issue at all .

How do you know what the reward was for a Fair Ticket when it goes by so fast with no Congratulations?

Seems like the alliance bug is back. Every time I change the alliance setting to open for new members, it changes is back to closed when I go back in after closing the game.

btw My game freezes at least 2 times per week. I'm on a Windows PC. It's been happening at least for 2 or more years now. It's also random (not doing anything in particular). Other sites freeze on occasion but not regularly.

only problem i have sofar is planes who get stuck waiting when they come from the L runway (started playing again last week)

I just got an update in the Apple Store to version 8.49.12. I really wish they would share some comments about what was fixed or adjusted to see if there is a difference in the gameplay. Sadly, the update has not fixed the issues I mentioned this week

This game does not have high hardware requirements for mobile phones, tablets, and PC

Update did nothing to help all the issues! And the casino is back up for offer! LOL another attempt to get newer players to spend money! alot of older players spent alot trying to get them when it first came out man years ago. This would seem to be trying to even the playing field for newer players but also a spend grab. Again they should be working on fixing the game issues that are making the game unplayable! Also account for everyone's ALL-time flights in Mastery Star levels. Its not being fair to anyone!!

Solved many errors where players were prompted that data could not be downloaded when starting the game

Including an error where one of my accounts cannot connect to the game server

fort me that issue was fixed in the previous updates

game is still slow and lagging on my ipad.

I'm not sure about the IOS system, I don't have money to play it
