    Both of my accounts have encountered this issue, one in the GI window version and the other in the Microsoft Store version. Although the GI window version can access the game later, the alliance has disappeared, leaving only a few out of over 200 neighbors

    Fortunately, the alliance has been restored, and daily transactions with neighbors have also been restored by 90%

    How can I get rid of an unwanted space ship launch. Something has gone wrong when I attempted to do a red launch. Cant fuel up the ship error message?

    I cant add fuel for the above reason. Anyone of my neighbors is OK to finish up the launch. Good luck

    Not exactly. I think some app is filling up its cache and not clearing it, therefore slowing up my computer by taking too much cpu time. It all started with the latest main update to 47.02. So I suspect Airport City. It effects the graphics software. Taxiing airplanes are jerky, etc. I checked for malware and viruses but found nothing.. I'm sure I'll find it sooner or later. Thanks for your help uk_crunch. Appreciate it. :cool:

    I ran everything under the sun and the last thing I did was a disc cleanup. I think that solved it but still checking if everything still OK. It was going from good and gradually degraded. It's not doing that so far. (fingers crossed). :cool:

    Assuming device A is the currently used gaming device, I want to switch to device B to play. On device A, click on the Glink code and the code will appear. Then, on device B, click on the GlinK code and enter the code displayed on device A. In the second line of the Glink code on device B, the game save transfer will be displayed, and then click OK
