This info ignores Holiday Rush event which had drop rates for all 5 mugs at high rate and was completed very quickly

For 4 of the last 5 events done - 3 or 4 days to go and need 1 item... yet get 7+ of each of the other 4 - and that last item fails to show.

The only time I got that last item - I used cash last minute, to buy refreshes... and surprise to no one I am sure - that last item dropped immediately.

Makes their random chance sound like complete manipulating rubbish.
