just start a launch on Sunday 9pm your time. Every one east of you (aka Europe) will join at their Monday morning or afternoon and everyone west of you has still the Sunday evening and Monday morning.
pretty easy game

And don't forget @david smith to give your instructions for the launch, if you are attempting a record of players in a single launch, all the players will have to put very small points.
