If I am honest, that doesn't work for us US based players (who work ) because that is 11am US Central time, and we are still at work then. Perhaps we have to split it up for US payers

if the launch is open long enough (at least 2hrs), I guess it can be started at 10pm (22:00h) Middle Europe time. That is 3pm US central and gives enough time to get home after work and join.
Or on weekends in general...
