Thanksgiving Day Quest 2015

New/old quest just popped up:

There are three parts to the quest:
1. Gather items from neighbors' residential buildings to collect The Pioneer Trail collection (3 times)
2. Acquire items from Thanksgiving Day collection to get a Thanksgiving Turkey (3 times)
3. Land guest planes to meet the guests (30 times)

Quick follow up, finished after maybe 30 flights to Oslo, I did have some bits already, just needed three each of Cranberry syrup (sauce!) and the cake. Already had loads of pioneer trail.

Yes, except in the two previous years that I've done this quest, I didn't get 3 thanksgiving day collections. I only have 1. And Chloe2 has to go through the whole quest.

I have all 3-stars destinations, that gives needed items for collection, so need to do as many flight on my both games to get those items. But for other collection, the drops from neighbors building was awesome today. I had some items already, but was scared if it will be possible to get needed ones. But, surprise: I got more then needed: 4 full collections on one game, and 3 on the other game. So now I have 4 collections on one game (android) and 3+5 (5 left from last year). Just two more drops from planes, and i can finished this quest. There are no sending&receiving items, so I can finished it sooner.

Crazy - I visited and got 3 items, not 3 collections.

*jgm* - ergo cha has 1 unique gift shop. Having just restarted I have few neighbours (and GI cannot restore neighbour level) so all friends request will be accepted, please add af40w2p. One a side note, visiting 2 lots of neighbours in the one spy glass today/tomorrow and I got 2 out of the 3 Pioneer Trails, only need 1 Flint and Steel to complete the 3. Might be worth doing a Spy Glass if you are struggling, if you can visit the full 12 neighbours you should do it in 1 round of visiting all 12.

Fellow AC folk .... Has anyone been getting any thanksgiving cake and corn drops from Egypt and Cyprus? I have tallied over 100 flights to Egypt with plenty of drops from every item on the drop list except for the quest items. I have bonuses activated. If anyone has been getting drops, please share experience.
