Mine have just finished dropping greens, but it looks like it ys possible to restart it, is this the old one looks?

Thats right, and if the same as the old one it will charge you silver and gold tokens for the restart. I have an old MINT which is a similar building, and when you click on restart for that you get the following. (Casino, Bank and Mint all give slightly different numbers of golds over different numbers of hours).
