Increasing your terminal capacity makes it easier to fly more passengers.
But before getting into the details, you can temporarily double the capacity of your terminal any time using the Matryoshka Doll bonus.
Of course the easy way to make your terminal hold more passengers is to upgrade your terminal.

If you are new to the game and didn't collect Serapeum and Architectural Bureau during the event, the maximum capacity of your terminal can't be more than 3200, but if you were fortunate enough to earn these buildings in the events, you can have 3260 passengers in your terminal.
