iPadOS My support ID has been changed or just stolen

Hello,everyone!
I think my ID has been stolen or…I just don’t know what has happened.I could not complete Celestial Festival event as I could operate only ONE plane.My other planes (13) have disappeared from hangars,AND..every time you want to operate a helicopter-you have to buy a new one.So far,I have 30 helicopters with status “ready” but can’t land them.And many other issues, with the runway being totally different (10 level), from the one I used to have (14th level). I can continue with a lot of other troubles…Technical support is no longer at work, and no one from this sight has left a comment. Please, help me to contact the AC developers team or someone who may solve my problem.

I called Apple support, and all they said is that it is my fault and that now the "system" doesn't recognize me as the owner of the account, so I can't even disable or delete it.

That is awful after how dedicated we are as players. I have been ejected from our alliance as well, immediately after the last update, so goodness knows what is happening!

So you have dissappeared from my list, but "hackedby luisoos" has appeared! I will save your gift for when you get your game back.

So @uk_crunch , @Tim Shutters , @Jon Allen and @Julie payne and myself are all having similar problems - the alliance has dissappeared, 2 games are now "hacked by Luisoos" and I have lost 4 neighbours. Plus people visiting are getting my game is outdated! Help GI!

So, Sulfe has also been hacked by Luisoos. Sulfe is on Android, not Apple. Curly seems okay, at this point. I will contact support as well and post their reply.

Apparently, it is becoming an AirportCity Game plague now. I assume that player could be hacked by knowing his Support ID, e.g. from this forum. I just checked flyhores and his is also "hacked by Luisoos" now.

As always, probably we will hear nothing from GI, but they should be aware of this issue. There is now ay you do not see dozens of "hacked by Luisoos" players in your database with the same alliance name.

The main and most interesting question is "How can we protect ourselves now???"
