Level 3 Powerful oil refinery glitch showing cost of 2000 greenies???

This is a bit much even considering it's GI. Upgrading a powerful oil refinery to lebvel 3 to get 40 more fuel supply can't cost 2000 greenies --- was this suppose to be 200??? (even at that amount it is way too expensive)

it's the correct price, but not worth the money in my opinion.

I upgraded to Level 3 because I had nothing to spend my Airport Cash, otherwise don't do this upgrade.

You are right - I did miss it --- I thought for sure this had to be a glitch and would have never have thought to look for the information about this there!

I have had fuel issues for a while and luckily had the coins and greenies to upgrade right off.
Many were asking about fuel gained and costs so just threw it up there. Naturally when I got to
that lvl 3 powerful like you I thought ...... ........
