No, they're separate. The witch costume one gets you a spyglass bonus. I'm guessing that the long one will give some aerosols at the end. But, I haven't completed a Seal collection yet, so I don't know.

Once I've completed the side quests, do I need to be tapping on the ghosts in my city? It looks like they just give you shotguns & other weather items.

Yes you might need them for futher event locations flights. I had to use a shotgun to fly to Salem so if you want the stars you will probable need them

You might not have to use them. The ones I've had have had a 30s timer on them. Click the zombie and it tells you how long. When time is finished you need to close flight box and reopen and the shotgun or flare has gone, along with zombie or witch!

I agree with @Madegwen59 the longest time I have seen was like 45 seconds... however if you see a black wraith you can still click it for drops if you want to continue to get extra buildings.

I’ve completed the great seal and I didn’t get any aerosols...but I didn’t get the spy glass either. I am saving 10black wraiths while I attempt for more Halloween shops and cemeteries....the only bonus I received were the crystal ball and soul net.

That's odd, are you sure you didn't get a Spyglass? I got it for the penultimate task, completing the Witch's costume collection. It wasn't made a big deal of, it was just shown at the bottom, next to the coins and XP.

I don’t think so...I don’t really look at that...too busy clicking fast...but at least I don’t have it in my warehouse under the bonus section and I have completed everything except for 10wraiths. Maybe that was another bug for iOS or just my system...

Yes. I have also just collected my piece of wax for the seal collection, 3 days! I have 3 wraiths waiting, but will try to get more cemeteries. 4 shops is ok for me. Phew! Thanks @Blue Skies for the final piece. Need one more jar to finish side quest.

I've had zero from my own buildings aswell.

I have nothing from patch or house sad and no black ghosts really sad

for new players it takes time for the first drops as the server and your game have not snyced. Towards the end of the event the drops will increase.

As to the Black wraiths, you need to use soul net which you can earn from ghost flights.
Ghost flights collection seem to be more frequent.

I kept 10black wraiths...even though it’s tempting...but I want more buildings before I completed it...too bad it won’t let you complete the challenge but still let you acquire buildings until the end of the event....only had to use 2 soul net bonuses so far...whenI used the soul net I would banish all black wraiths and then visit madlen and go back and during the six mins I got approx 20 each time but kept running out of aerosol so watched videos for it also....still need a piece of wood for my 2nd account to complete the great seal also.
