I guess that most "serious" players have their regular times to pick up productions. E.g. 6 AM and 6 PM for catering. However, we are all human and no robots, so it might be that we collect the production a bit later than when it was ready. The next production will then also be ready later again...

It may have been cute at the beginning but at least to me, those flying hats, coins and suitcases are more of a nuisance by now. For one, the coins tend to land a bit lower than the coin I clicked on and thereby, they block the coin that lies underneath them and that I would want to click on...
