There is no list written in stone. GI produce what they want. Even if it is in wiki, old wiki, Capt Rollins Guides etc it is only a possibility. The unknown is just that.... unknown. Thats why its worth waiting for.

It is helpful to the players if GI can announce when the event will come one day ahead prior coming.
The players can decide if clicking/visiting the neighbor building or wait for clicking the event item.

Then it will be too easy, taking away the element of surprise and suspense will create boredom...

like do we need room in our reserve hanger to open some stands for these Fighter Jets needed for Area 51 flights?

We won’t know until it drops. The last event (last week) previously had a bespoke plane and hangar, but was scrapped for this year (following V7.0 which released back end of last year). Anyone’s guess what they do for this one.
