So far, you could store an unlimited number of each item in your warehouse, e.g. 2000 landing lights. With this update / restoring of the game, anything you stored above 100 of each item is lost, no matter how hard you worked to collect it.

Is it really lost? I thought I heard that you kept everything over 100, but could get more until the count dropped below 100.

Yes, Update will not bring 100 Limit.
However if you reinstall and Restore your old game or start a Brand new game, You will get 100 Limit.

Yes, It's a solution for now but hopefully GI will come up with a permanent solution in future

A 100 item limit was introduced with previous update for new players (and those who reinstall and get a new friend code). Unfortunately, I can't comment on this decision further other than that it is a "game balance" feature.

So you're saying once ourgame crashes, which, given recent history, it will, rather sooner than later, we're all stuck with the 100 limit withou any chance of at least the support lifting the limit?
Sorry, but that's anything but customer service. That's not the way to treat long time customers especially if the crashes are a common problem or if one wants / needs to upgrade his phone.

I can't wait for one day soon there will be a "special sale" where you can upgarde your warhouse limit for like +50 items for €10 and so on.

The "limit 100 " is a very stupid idea. I'm safe now. But if it catch me I will stop playing. For sure.

I'm afraid it will take whole year for me to get Eiffel Tower or Tower of London.
We need not 6 but 10 collections to get those buildings. On new directions drop rate is about 2%.
Maybe Gi don't want us keeping playing this game?

I'm not even an older player and this sucks because you're creating a multi tiered system depending on when you started playing the game. This should theoretically never impact iOS users anymore but that's a pretty unfair penalty to others when a game just flat out crashes

You may want to tell those who make the 'game balance' decisions that they're going to essentially kill the game and have a ton of players leave. I for one am seriously considering not spending another penny on this game if This is how players are going to be treated
