@Bob69bob Move the airship to an area without a road - or remove the road next to it. Known problem, pain in the A$$

Yip - only have the road beside the airship when you want to buy from duke, the rest of the time don't have a road and you will be ok.

Yep. No road. When you see the store timer on the left next to the side quests, build road (no animation, no visible airship), buy stuff you need, destroy road again...
