Hi guys, I have spent quite some time on the event, playing under Discord and with my phone. Unfortunately, the ranking was reset which is pretty frustrating and I have to start all over again. I guess the issue is caused by not sync probably? Is there a method I can go back to the original ranking or it will be corrected later on? Thanks!

Welcome to the forum!
Did your reward for each task also change to 10 candy canes with a refresh time of 3 seconds? If so, that was GI fixing a bug so all players have the same task rewards. If not, then I suggest contacting game support.

Thanks! When I started playing yesterday it was already 10 candy canes/3 seconds setup, I guess I will have to contact game support. :(

upset because all those special buildings like the knitting mill etc that required 4 levels were all upgraded last several years to level 4 and now downgraded to level 3
all of them and cant acquire items in this event nor repurchase them like i did b4 using greenies and real USD
I sent report to gi but probably get stiffed anyway

I agree. I also think it is easier to get greenies from vehicles in this event or does it just seem so because of low expectations?

Is there a way to increase the drop rate of Christmas cash? I’ve been sending planes out non stop & I don’t think I’ll get to 50 Christmas cash by next Christmas let alone in a few days

Do you think it's realistic to reach level 40 in this event by playing normally? The daily reward for 8 quests is 2500, each additional quest is only 10. I'll give it a shot in this event, if I end up somewhere around level 30, it's the last event of this type I'll play. I thought they'd balance it out after the last Halloween event, the three-hour wait times didn't work with me playing the game after work. But now I feel like if I play "normally" at my own pace, I have no chance of reaching level 40.
