I told them what had worked and mentioned the ticket code that had the resolution and was kinda scolded for mentioning another ticket in my own ticket. "Please, note that your friend's problem is investigated by another specialist. Wait for the answer!" My response... ok...

can't seem to get the x-ray scanners for lv 8 town hall need x3, flown 28 times to Hawaiin Islands and only droped 1 x-ray scanner

My apologies for today but there was a glitch with gifting from KB1 today for the moment. Trying to correct the problem.
I received several gifts from some, and some may have gotten back the same item in return, or if I don't have it, something different from me. The reason for this was I could not send those people off the receive list. Closing game, closing the window, clicking the X button on each person and still no change. So I simply hit the send button and all finally disappeared.
On a second note, I've now added a 5th University. Haven't decided on a name yet.
Thirdly is me or does cities seem more vibrant in color? I haven't altered my screen resolution or brightness any, but looking at past glitch pictures in my lol saved folder I keep for such things; the city streets looked more grey in color and seem darker.

They must have done that "mini" update that they were talking about to try and fix some of the problems after the first update hit.

Roads look better to me, more contrast. They also seem to have fixed the sound issues when landing planes, in addition to adding another sound for Turboprops and up during take off towards the end of the runway (Sounds like you hit the center line / shoulder rough spots they're putting on roads nowadays).

Also seems to be responding a bit quicker then it was before also.

**Edit** They also fixed the gifting situation. If you sent someone a gift, when you click to take it, they will show the send button grayed out. It will no longer disappear when you accept a gift (Like before), and you can accept gifts from everyone, and they will not disappear anymore either..

I cannot see any differences in the appearance of the game.
Nor can I see any difference in the gameplay.

Hopefully it is aimed at resolving the 'Save' problem ?

I had it on both games when I signed on this morning. You should see darker roads, changes in gifting (Back to like it was before in many respects), and the speed seems a bit better.

Oh, and thank you for the Energy Saving Lamps!! I now have enough (Doing saves every day now, so shouldn't have the problem of resetting and losing them this time!)
