Are you making sure to send gifts to WHN and NOT WHN2 ?

I haven't received any gifts for a few days now from you. I know from being on a Mifi internet connection during vacation that if your internet temporarily drops your sent gift will not get delivered.

I didn't get any gift. Maybe you should restart the game just before you send gifts to make sure it works next time.

oh damn, today my game got resetted, back to lvl 1 again. Should I just contact customer support ? Or can something be done abt this.
I got some really good gift items this time though. Really sad though.

Contact to Gi, in my case it took a week to restore the game. But in other hand - your set of gifts will be changed! Waiting for you...

@cward - will send a spare prop tonight, no problem, @WhatHappenedNow - you don't lose your neighbours on this sort of reset, no. Occasionally the odd one seems to have disappeared off my list and I assumed they removed me from their end for some reason but maybe it was connected?

@tsRalphy, Do you lose all of your neighbors after the code is used? @ANUBHAV JAIN seems to have done some kind of reset but we all needed to add him again?

Also, support wants me to record my current code and delete my game and start a new one and provide new game code and old codes to them. This is to fix our issue of not being neighbors. Seems too risky if I have to start from scratch on neighbors again with no guarantees that there won't be others I can't connect to next time.

Just a quick question -next week I am traveling from Arizona to Hawaii for 4 days - 3 hour time change. Should I be concerned about being dubbed a "time traveler" and therefore not access the game while I am away? Thanks for any help on this.
