Issue windows game broke 3 times

since 8.49.9 my game has broke 3 times: 1st time game crashes, 2nd time lost neighbors, and now 3rd time lost neighbors

yeah they restored my neighbors twice plus fixed my crash issues, now lets see if i get a 4th issue
