Not sure if you are aware that Level 7 building items were removed from gift list since last update, so nobody can send them anymore, you will have to fly to destinations to get them for now (if the destinations still give the items) until GI decides to add them back if they ever will.

I think Level 7 building gift list is remove from gift list only for the one that have completed it.
I myself still struggling with Level 6 building and the level 7 gift list is still intact.

rickycowslip and Long, this is true for android, I can still gift a laptop, but on iphone the items are still in the list so probably Iphone and ipad can still gift you most of the items (they have 3 out of 4 items for each building, the fourth is only giftable by android)
rickycowslip, try the iphone/ipad neighbors that still can gift (i can't)

I have bought and built all the Level7 Buildings: Terminal and Control Tower are working but still don't have the Mayor's Portrait for Town Hall so that mission is not completed yet but since Halloween quest I don't have Walkie Talkie and another one item in my list.

So the trigger is not all Level 7 Buildings, I got a hunch maybe the Level 7 Control Tower trigger it (cause its the expensive one)

rickycowslip, Long, Juvenal, Lukasz, I think the trigger is: If you build the building yourself, the item for that building disappears. I haven't build town hall yet and can still give the laptop. Is the laptop a town hall item?

rickycowslip, did you already build town hall? If not, do you want me to sent four laptops so you have them by the time you start to build? (think I will upgrade town hall in the next 2 weeks)
