But then it disappear leaving just the counter and cannot be click.
Anyone experience the same ?

I have the same issue on a Trekstor tolino tab 7"
Open the alliance chat window. Back to school icon should be visible now and also reacts when you touch/click it.

I can confirm this event is only on updated Andriod game, my second Andriod game has not updated, and there is no event there.

For those need to play this event, there is a post from last year (or the year before) contains a list of players with University buildings that you can click to get your collection items. If somebody can find it and post in this thread would be good. My main game has 4 Universities and my second game has 2 Universities if you want to try your luck. AND of course, you need to be able to visit neighbors, my main game has NOT been able to visit any neighbors since the update.
