max fuel/oil

I have been wondering how to increase my maximum fuel/oil.
While searching I found that max fuel is 90 (units/points).
I am level 60 player with 200+ stars. But I have my max fuel at 110 units maybe because of the level 60 or also because some "special" buildings that increase the fuel level.
I really need to get to at least 150 units as this will help me launch 3 flights (which require 50 units).
So am I missing something here or is this (110 units) actually the maximum one can have?

110 is the maximum units for level 60. I understand that GI is planning to introduce new levels in the future which will increase fuel levels.

cycle time for fuel is usually 90 minutes to full assuming that there is some fuel remaing after launching a few planes. Also some guest flights help with 1 unit of fuel.
