I can send it on my own but obviously that would take the full 24 hrs. I just want to join in as many greens as I can for the silver tokens, I don't mind what position I'm in as long as I go. Just don't understand why any of my neighbours (with a QL) don't join me unless I'm missing something....

I think its about how QL's work - if you get enough the return is instantaneous hence the term QL party, but if only one then it takes a couple of hours to come back before you can launch another, so better than 24 hours, but they might still be tied up.
