iOS Leprechauns not dropping quest items

Now they are dropping. Within three hours of installing the new update, my Waverly huff game dropped two shoes, two shirts, two beers, three hats and two pipes ... completing that part of the quest. Since I already had the 200 three-leaf clovers and the three destination drop collections, the reward is mine. I will wait a few days to totally complete so I can continue to gift Old Horseshoes.

@greensmith - How many leprechauns do you click on whenever you open AC? I only click on three, even if I get a drop from one of them.

Also, how long do you wait to reopen the game and start clicking again? 5 minutes, 15 minutes, etc.?

Using horseshoes in own game. 10 clicks on Gangnams gives me 3 items.

I open the game, then tap on as many Leprechauns as there are. I close the game. Wait 20 minutes or so. Open the game. Tap, tap, tap, tap, tap. Close game. Wait. Repeat.
I believe in the randomness of the game; special techniques have never worked for me.
