Is there a way to easily view all friends items needed at a glance? It's not easy to find your friends' signature if they don't talk often here...or am I missing a great feature that I don't know??

no easy way. You need to use the search function, it works even with screen names.

Once you find them, then open their profile and click "follow". If they are keeping their signatures up to date, you can view it with a click.
