Hi @Y Berllan John - it happens to me around every 3 weeks, and I have kept the code they gave me the second time, and it always resets fine. Your game is still there, just that your PC has lost its link to it. You have to play the new game to around level 3 I think before you can insert the code - but only takes 10 minutes.
