I really wish you could have got the city of Paul .BTW,why don't you just keep playing the madlen game and redeem the compensation code on madlens city? It will be much easier as madlen city already have everything at least once.
From now on I will only visit those[ (@)ydl(@) or tom@ ] who have a really huge city in hope of getting this bug and having a bigger city than mine

This is true, but I was not sure how much they will compensate. Right now it is clear, I have sent them all items I had plus buildings and I could calculate easily how much I desire to get. Still waiting for the solution and I will keep you posted.

That was what I ended up doing, even sent them pictures from the notepad where I wrote everything down, so will be interesting what the technical team come back with in regards to being able to restore my save game or give me what I asked for.

I asked for 6.59m coins, 1,335 greenies and 653 silver tokens, as that what I worked out I had gained/bought over the year. (I only bought 2 lots of 96 greenies). I also said I want my earned unique buildings (aztec legacy and 5 events buildings - I mainly want/need the legacy and ski resort to help with collections), if they cannot give me those buildings I have asked for the greenies to be up to 2028 greenies so I can at least purchase 6 x mystery super buildings in the store to give me at least the size of my airport back.

That was Weds I sent of my wishlist/demand so they have until next Weds (5 working days) to get me my stuff back or I will be wanting more in compensation

The bug seemed to occur while visiting a neighbour, then you get a pop up asking to install another game (possibly for 4 greenies), you click off AC then it seems to have taken the airport you were currently opened with. It does seem to mean you can't visit the majority of your neighbours, and I have had to start from scratch and wait and see what happens (Been 9 days since it happened and I only restarted 2 days ago). I personally wouldn't recommend it even just as a test, unless you wish to get a super duper neighbours airport.

If I get there city, I will send a ticket to GI not for compensation but for saying "THANK YOU", for taking my game to next Level , I will keep trying this bug today and if I am lucky I might get it . I'm guessing it's a memory thing so try it on an old device.

Wow, nice. My five working days are over on Friday, but the truth is they have send me a message on Monday, so it will be one week tomorrow. I did not ask for !&k silver tokens, I forgot to ask for the winter, I did not ask or calculate the value of the buildings, but I could do it afterwards. Let' s see ...

So got the long awaited response from GI, and fair play to them they have delivered what I asked for (almost). The only thing that is missing is my friend/neighbour heart level which I will reply asking to be sorted aswell. On the plus side they gave me an aztec pyramid instead of the aztec legacy so that actually worked out in my favour. I realise I missed out on the football monument (totally forgot about that one) but that only adds 20 pop so not really such a big deal. I had finished the halloween quest and as such I asked for that building and they provided. Apart from the time taken (and the bug) I can't really fault they way they have handled it overall. If you have been following I had told them of the accumulated fuel and passengers and they have also been added, just wish I took note of all the things that were in my inventory.

@Jgm85 - yes exactly - I also did get everything that was lost and a what I asked for. It does take them a bit long, but at the end, yo do get the result.
Lost notes, tokens, coins, planes - everything was sorted out.

On the other hand I also understand them - what would you do if somebody came to you and said "Hey, I lost 500 gold. 5000 silver and 10.000.000 coins + 500 greens, get it back to me"...

You are right, on the other hand if you send them screen where you have 26M gold and 2800 airport cash and everything build it is not the same, you just claim what you had. I will wait till Monday what they do with the money and items for space flights.

This just happened to me. I was visiting Madlen's airport, got the pop up, downloaded the game from the pop up, and now my airport has turned into Madlen's airport. Ugh!

Just make a copy of all items and resources and send a ticket to GI to restore your game. They will not restore it, but give you back all items and some of the resources, all stars and levels as you need to start a new game with new code. Good luck and see you around

Hey, give me my airport back - That's weird, everything around the edges seem to be yours (quests, money, levels, etc) but the airport is mine. Hope you had a backup. If you restore, you'll probably be back to your original game.

Hi Chloe, My game is fine... so far. With the new update, I just don't play much anymore. The way the reserve hangar works, makes it useless and the Alliance is worthless. The new graphics makes backing up 3 times longer, not being able to visit neighbors, and all the annoying pop-ups!!!!! Why would I want to play another G! game when they can't fix this one?

df19 is sleeping. I am opening df99 daily to keep it active for any neighbors that want to visit and I send out my 3 falcons. I have 5 Halloween shops near the back corner if anyone is looking for them.
