I just wonder, is it possible to retrieve the bonus playing on Windows using the GI version?
I was playing the Microsoft store version, but it was just crashing all the time at the end so I found information on the forum on changing to GI version and link progress.
Not had a crash after switching, but I was not able to retrieve the bonus last weekend and not today either.
I removed the Microsoft version from my device so I only have the GI there.
Got a back up device in case I need it.

What browser are you using to collect the bonus on? GI support told me there was an issue collecting the bonus using google chrome, told me to switch to firefox when collecting the bonus, I haven't had a problem since :)

Hi, I've always been using GI version and claimed bonus via firefox every time, with no issues. I find bit weird having installed Ms and GI versions at once. Having only GI now, i'd try to claim it again,, gl 🙂
