A reminder to all playing the event - there are no drops when you visit your neighbors' Institutes of Volcanology. Only mentioning it because I've had about 10 visitors to mine so far. Wasted visits!!!!!!!!!!!

That is odd! AC is making us waste clicks! If you click on the Institute (after you've used your 5 clicks), you'll see that there are no drops. (compare with clicking on a planetarium which will show you everything that might drop)

You can actually visit your own (not necesssarily your neighbours') Institute of Volcanology, if you want to save your clicks to get chainsaws.

But that means you have to build your Institute of Volcanology first and click on it every 15 minutes

Stuck in this grr rehab and wouldn't you know Olive Garden sponsored a luncheon for all residents and just as I go to sip my lemonade before the meal is served, i got whisked away for a doctors appointment.
Sure I still got my lunch, but reheated???!!! Yuck, Alfredo sauce does not reheat well.

Hello People!

Has anyone still have the problem with the burned trees? I can't see any in my own city, only at neighbours. i am already at the 4. quest, where i should use the chainsaw to cut a tree out in my own city.
The support has just answered, they say this issue were fixed, i should restart the game. I have emtied the apps cache restarted the game and the phone multiple times, but still the same problem.
Any ideas?

Yes I have the same problem on my Android game, I haven't done anything about it yet as I probably won't do the event on that game.

Yes!

Unlike previous events, Windows players cannot receive event items from android until they have the event. Only thing received is pass(5) or fuel(3). Hoping we have the event by reset today.

I would expect once the event starts the uncollected gifts to change to Chainsaw, so don't collect the F3/P5.

I was advised to leave P5's that I have received and see if they turn into Chainsaw's after the Windows update, I'm now doing that - I can only live in hope!

To be able to particepate in the new ranking system need to do missions
Ranking starts as soon as you get the 1st mission But here's the problem!!!

Windows players always miss out

Are you sure? Perhaps if you start collecting marshmallows you enter the ranking system...
I left the side quest by the middle last time and hadn’t any problem to enter the rankings...
