Have you restarted your game? I recall this happened after a prior update, maybe related to another event currency or item.

Yep closed and reopened a couple times today. It's not hurting anything, was just curious what it was for.

The translation is ’heat gun’ (apparently). The image is the default image when one hasn’t been loaded.
We’ve seen similar before, an item that has been particularly added before it has a purpose within the game. Time will tell....

Please make sure that you temper your expectations...

With regards to bugs, prior to v7 release a beta version was released with one of the purposes being testing updates prior to main game release. I'm still playing the beta version (sporadic) and the reason being whenever we report bugs nothing is done save the "thank you message". The same beta version is still stuck in snow with the last update being prior to the xmas event so, if there are bugs in the main game there's no way those can be foreseen, reported and patched in time.

Why do we sound bitchy? The explanation is simple, basic customer service 101 does not exist.

Again lower your expectations with the upcoming update lest you be disappointed...
