@Ispmark that was a bug and it has now been corrected.

@Kazinho might be worth asking for the greens & coins to fast track the buildings of your town hall etc rather than going through the hassle of getting all the items again. When I lost my game GI helped me return to the levels of buildings in that way.

For me it's because I like to add people who I can interact with, through gifts or launches. The game sometimes gives you random neighbours to add that may or may not be active. Plus I tend to only add level 60 (will be above 60 when I update) as they are usually more active, so a PM means I can...

@diwata and @drivefast99 I often had this problem, the best way to stop it (99% of times) it to visit Madlen before exiting the game, it is a total pain to have to do it every time to ensure it saves but it's better than not being able to send gifts/visit/planes not ready.

@David Toad yes unfortunately you need to fly to get these items.

@david smith it sounds like your game hasn't saved properly with gi servers, so it thinks you have already sent gifts and visits. Happened to me a few times. Try and visit madlen before quitting to force it to save/sync with servers.

Bare in mind @Canadian Cowboy these new planes and destinations are designed to keep the long term players who have done pretty much everything playing, there are players with tens of millions of coins with nothing to spend and have complete most destinations. There are plenty more destinations...

@Ddave1 If you open up the launch room and see no launches, visit Madlen then re-try. Should help see some launches.

Sounds like you are having issues connecting to the servers @dchesn08 , which would help explain why your game is not saving properly.
