You need to visit a neighbour or in android anyway click on the google play joypad and then wait a few seconds, then your launch room will update. Currently it no longer works just opening & closing the launch room.

Have you filed a ticket with support about it? As far as I know they are aware of the issue and requires an update to fix it - unfortunately you just need to sit tight and wait. You may get more info from GI Support if you send a ticket ;-)

If this (almost) guarantees the game is saving, and stops having to visit Madlen every time we play then I am happy to have it happen, an occasional pause/lag to ensure the game is autosaving is fine in my books.

If they don't work then you have probably already used them. Keep trying the others you might be in luck.

Uninstalling the app will usually delete your game data - which means you need to either have a backup or get a restore code from GI for your aiport.

On my game you have your old usernamelkkkkkkk username and on jamiegsi's game you have the new name. Might just be server syncing will take time.
