Windows Windows problem

I went to load my Windows game today and this lovely box popped up - anybody get this or know what it’s about? It plays this on the loading screen for a few seconds & then exits without loading!

I did check and there are no pending updates for windows.

This is a known problem. Contact GI support with this screenshot. They should be able to help.

I have the same problem and here what they ask you to do

Dear player,
Please try the following:
1. Make sure you open the game with a stable Internet connection.
2. Clear the cache in your browser settings.
3. Log out of your account and then log in again (at the bottom of the screen).
If the issue still persists after that, try using another browser.
Let me know about the result!

Problem still persist for me, but at least change browser / incognito work
