There is an issue with collecting the bonus code through Google Chrome, GI support advised me to collect through Firefox

I'm just saying what GI support told me to do. I collected a bonus when the Dark Skies event was on, not only did it crash my entire game, but I didn't get the bonus, I had to write into support to claim it.
