What exactly are people asking for?
Some items are not giftable, for example the orange transmitter needed to upgrade fuel station.
You can also only gift one of the 4 items usually required to upgrade a terminal / town hall / control tower.

Yay, my control tower finished building. And I upgraded it before working on returning gifts. So, a couple of my neighbors got some shiny new demodulators.

Oh, and...
Signature updated.

Next planned upgrade.. Repair base level 6.. before *everyone* loses those gifts and since it's the cheapest upgrade... tired of saving massive amounts of coins for right now..
