I have not updated Bali Hi, Bali2 and BaliOS. However, for some reason, Bali Hi has been stuck circa Dec 2015 Level 55, even though I have re-arranged my city and I am now Level 60.

Ever since the update started coming out, Bali Hi also can no longer be visited.
M22 also experienced the same, and it seems this will be fixed when new update is installed.

For the last 24 hours, Bali Hi has received and returned gifts from the following:

Everytime i start the game, i'll get a popup window that shows my ranking from the past week, is it because i didn't update ?
and do i get the reward ? (see screenshot)
And another question: should i collect my collections before upgrading ? Or will they be available after upgrade ?

Regarding the issues with the gifts: sent in return gone, clearing the incoming list automatically, ... I received this reply:
As for the gifts mishap, this is not the game feautre. Our engineers have been informed and are taking necessary measures to troubleshoot the problem. Anticipating your question on the time when the issue is completely resolved I would like to let you know that it is expected to be eliminated in the upcoming update.
