No - actually my husband does most of the cooking. (He's my cookery book. ) Very simple diet - small amounts of organic chicken, pastured/grass fed beef, pastured eggs, loads of organic low carb veggies. Have to keep the diet alkaline with less than 25 net carbs.

Sounds fantastic - but swim in the pool, you must be somewhere warm, we would get frostbite if we did that! - strangely I am pouring some Irish Cream right now . . .

tomorrow and monday are 36c and 38c

I have a chance but that would mean I have to give up on Canada. I have been to Sydney Perth and Melbourne and always fancied Adelaide but since you got rid of the grass Bank at the cricket ground that put the kibosh on it . I always fancied a Sunday at the cricket on the grass bank

the grass hill is still there, i can assure you, as i work on the hill during the footy and cricket

and its the best thing about it too
what an oval, leave your seat and walk around the ground and you TV screen all around you to keep up on all the action, and lighting on the stadium roof
purely amazing

For a while there, in the early days of this food and drink related thread, I thought perhaps myself and @ItsRalphy would be the only ones posting here.
