your neighbors can help you with your launch.

You just start a launch, then you have 2 options.

Continue your launch and hope your neighbours need a launch and can join yours.

If there is an existing launch, you can join theirs.

either way you get credit for the launch.

You maybe able to uninstall and then re-install the game. This will most likely issue you a new friend code, which means that your game will start from the beginning again. I had to do a factory reset on my tablet and it also issued me a new friend code. Because I am sure you don' t want to start over from level 1 any more than I did, I wanted to let you know what GI support told me. They told me to send them the new friend code and the old friend code to their support team. When I did, within a few days, they sent me another code which looks nothing like a regular friend code. However, I entered in the code they gave me and my game was fully restored. The only thing that had changed was I had a completely different set of giftable items.
