I hope this set up will not be the regime going forward. The currency deal is less good than the usual. Nice to have currency and land buy at the same time - but not at this new currency exchange rate. We will see how this develops....

It won’t change from week to week, but they do know Point of Sale marketing works 😎. There are enough players around who “desperately need” the next patch of land and will sacrifice 33% to avoid having to wait another fortnight💉💊. I’ll bet that little exercise gave them a nice boost to their coffers 💸.
