Out of Alliance?

After a crash, i suddenly got the message that i'm no longer in an Alliance, i tried to apply again, but to my surprise it seems my account is still part of the Alliance, except that i'm not. It looks like a ghost version of me still occupies the spot in the Alliance.
I want to re-apply, but therefor they need to remove the ghost version of me, but how can i contact the members of that Alliance?

You can try sending a friend request to the owner. You can also reach out to see it they are on here or FB asking and using their username.

Sorry that happened. Contact GI Support and put a ticket in. If the Owner of the alliance is not on this forum (or on FB) there is no other way to contact them about what's happened. If GI can sort it for you hopefully all will get sorted soon. Good Luck.

To me it would make a lot of sense to be able to message others in game. I had a "friend" recently jump me in my launches, twice, for 1st place. I had no way to contact this person to say "don't take the p**s, I had 1200 points already in the bag, so I had to delete them. I'd have much preferred to have just messaged this person (Ramirez if anyone knows him), to ask him not to do it.

It seems GI doesn't understand my problem, i have over a week of correspondence with them now, but to no avail, they keep asking questions which are not relevant to the problem in my opinion, or which i do not understand, like: I need to click 'keep local progress' (maybe, it's me, but i cannot find that option)
It would have been so much easier if i could contact the people in my Alliance directly.

I think they just reply from a pool of responses they use, no matter what you ask for they just reply whatever they selected from the list.
