I haven't played on other system platforms, but this Christmas update, I think there are many other problems besides the great bonus code. Most of the old lanterns I received were three oils.

@Chloe11111 i contacted gi support about not getting new years gift box on android, they wanted a screenshot of of the gift box from games that got gift box so i sent them one from my windows game that had the box now we wait

Same here. Both Windows games have the gift box, but not available on android.

Got my New Year gift box on Android today after filing a "in game" ticket with support yesterday.

Got the gift boxes for my 2 Android games within 24 hours after ticket opening.
