Level 10 buildings:
Control Tower 2.000.000 coins
Terminal 1.600.000 coins
City Hall 1.900.000 coins

All take 10 days to build or speed up for 10 green. After that, they need 10 x 4 items each to finish. Items can be received from neigbors, by watching videos (max one at this moment), bought for 2 greenies each or from flights to Caracas, Tortuga and Helsinki.

But most important: you can only send 3 new gifts for these buildings once you have bought one of the new buildings (and probably finish it for 10 green like I did, I forgot to check the giftlist in between).

Can someone please check if they are giftable before and during upgrade?

Please don't finish the buildings yet and share the gifts first....
it are 120!!!! gifts before you can finish the buildings without greenies

Well... I fell into the GI trap. Got greedy with the last quest and blasted through my coinage with these new residential and commercial bldgs. Now I am penniless!!!!! I updated my game though so I do appreciate all bldg items.

No, you cannot.
One minor change for the better is that the default flight destinations are regular flights again and not map flights.

You can also get these items as drops (very seldom) from Tortuga.
Completed Level 10 Town Hall adds 100 to your maximum population.

You can also get these items as drops (very seldom) from Caracas.
Completed Level 10 Terminal adds 200 to your maximum passengers.

You can also get these items as drops (very seldom) from Helsinki.
Completed Level 10 Control Tower adds 1 to your maximum hangars.

It does appear that you can gift items even if your current building level is not level 10. I did send one of my support games a T-Square from my main game and simply hit return. I received back a Technical Pen.

I probably would have done the same as well Ramy, but the lack of land expansion prevented me from building any of the new buildings!!!

Same here. Stocked up a pile of tokens and greenies to buy land, but I started doing the residential buildings quest (as I needed the passengers anyway) so now I got a couple of million coins, and a couple of thousand greenies (1000) and tokens (another 1000 or so)

Only building I am going for right now is the Control Tower as both my passenger and population counts are higher than the upgrades - or will the upgrades increase of those buildings increase your current count by 100?
