Huhm, interesting. The max number of hangars is 12 at the moment (Level 10). This users seems to be beyond all of us, maybe Level 60 already...

You are correct. This person has hacked the game. The maximum number of "legal" hangars depends on the level of your Control Tower. Right now, for example, my game has a Level 10 Control Tower which allows twelve hangars. This does not count the special hangars for sleighs or fighter jets.
