5 weeks and still asking what a black chest from red launch is?
Inability to count?
4 attempts to explain what a launch ready box is?
Thinking that an extra planetarium will replace 8 months of progress?
We wait 5-7 days for most responses, she waits 2 and threatens to close this ticket down half way?
Inability to use a calculator?
Implying that were lying everytime she asks for the same information?
Trying to send coins once for 2 different things?
Sarcastic tone?
Twice saying she'll take it further up to "our technical specialists" and then not? (even though we've said please do so)

It took us 2 days to get a list of everything missing sent to Mary Heiden, and Mary Heiden has taken 5WEEKS to still not finish sending it through and still asking for the same info and now arguing back!!!!

Not happy GI!!!

This woman has never heard of airport city / wikia / manners / ability to read / ability to count / support / customer service

If you get Mary Heiden please just say thank you and start a new ticket!

Welcome to my world. I asked for return of adventure collection items (so i can get 36 sky capt and 36 golden chests for full set of collection) and i got 6 reward buildings (as i already had 6, those are sitting useless in warehouse). For lost spacechests, space fuel (including 100 PEBs), 32 QLs... I got answer that if i keep playing i'll get them again. And few more similar answers. I'm waiting since early april.

You can see there, that if anybody complains, got a response quickly. It's unfair with those who are waiting patiently, but they give them priority.
I did complain last time, after 9 days of waiting for a restore code. They answer was: "please, don't send e-mail every day - it won't make resolving of your issue faster (seems that quite the reverse) ;) You'll get the answer from them tomorrow"
Actually, I didn't send them email every day, only after 3 days. :) But it clearly shows that, if you write them through the support system, they take it as an insult (even if I was polite). If you want your problem solved, complain on FB! That's my advise
 
Welcome to the world of GI support.

She was a waste of time whenever I had problems. As for posting on the Facebook page, it seems to vary. I have posted constantly on there ( and with tickets) about a problem I am having with space launches and none of them seem to understand what I am on about even though I describe it in fine detail.

They also look on these forums - let's face it - they know what the problems are but they just send out the same bland rubbish answers in the hope that people give up.

Any product is only as good as its support network - and GI has the worst support network I have ever come across.

Same here.
The worst part is that she kept responding me with the same "send screenshot" over and over, and only after I said that she made me quit the game, I have another paying account and the ticket can be closed now, then she suddenly tries to do something and forwards my problem to the devs.

The biggest problem was Mary being unhelpful and decieving, nothing devs can help with.

I've been trying to get hold of you to find out what the deal is. In alliance it shows you went from level 60-70 but don't see any passenger counts. I also Pm'd you to find out your status.
By the post you made I wouldn't be surprised if that's who !angel and maybe calculator are dealing with at GI. Both their games are down and both have started over.
I even did a dozen screenshots of !angels city and sent to her email so she could forward to GI.
Now GI is telling her, the emails she sent were blank.

i've been "communicating" regarding my issues since early april, now new problems occure - when i mentioned that people can see me as Sheekee - she asked me for a screenshot (I would like for someone to explain me how should i get a screenshot of person who see me as sheekee - let's say i'm not in the forum and don't have second account)
