What is the purpose of the heart icon next to the flight name?

Also in the friends list what is the purpose of the hand shake icon?

heart icon next to name tells you which neighbours you have visited.

I believe it is favorites so you know who you visit regularily.

When you have a girlfriend, you give her heart.
Than somehow you always visit her everyday, every weekend .....
This heart for you most love or need, they are listed in own tab.

That icon, when lit (by pressing it) should tag your favorite flight. No need to scroll to it.
