Windows Gifts not being received

I have six fuel rings and my main account Harcourt.

Every day these fuel ring games send F20 to the other 5 fuel rings and my main.

None of these have received the sent gifts today.

I have contacted GI support.

I cannot send any gifts today. There was an update on the game and the problem started after that on the Windows platform.

Can't send on Android. No apparent update. Restart doesn't help, guess server related.

Hmmm - I have also not received the majority of my regular gifts either - including from yourself my good friends @Harcourt and @uk_crunch so its stuck both ways!

I’m on iOS and can’t send gifts back to people who have sent me gifts. If I go to their profile it seems I can send gifts but I have no way to know if they’re getting them.

Well….1 gift waiting this morning from a fellow European….nothing coming from anywhere else….so problem not solved at reset…..

There is a 24 hour gap when no gifts were received.

So Yes it seems to be fixed now but a day's worth of gifts are lost. Perhaps Santa has intervened to boost his gifting capacity !!!

I agree Pikipi & G said that I had been compensated with “gifts” however I have made a thorough check & have not received anything-I asked them for verification as to what they had gifted me with & until now I have heard nothing 😖

Received 11 gifts today, significantly down on normal, and most regulars missing. Not sure if players are holding back, or if there is some sort of criteria by which some can come through?
