Patty-Items I need
Hi, me again....

How do you decide who you gift something and who you visit daily? Alliance member is a no brainer but what about after?

Hi, me again....

How do you decide who you gift something and who you visit daily? Alliance member is a no brainer but what about after?

I visit anyone with buildings that will give me 5x space launch items.
As for gifting, when there isn't an event on my signature is "what u need" - Send me what you need and i'll send it back.

I have between 400-500 neighbors on each game, and couldn't possibly return all gifts received daily. So I gift in alphabetical order - whether someone has gifted me or not. I send what a person has in their game name if possible, if not, I send f(20). I do have a problem with people who send me just what they need, because just about everything other than f(20) goes straight to the trash as I have over 100 items of almost everything else.

I have 2 support accounts for gifting alliance members.

I visit neighbors with casinos, bank and mints, event items, planetariums,, training centers, cosmic fuel stations.

After playing for 1.5 year of so, I gradually found people who I can trade gifts daily.

Mostly forum members, because they send what I need, and I send them what they need. It works both way. Being good neighbors, I mean.

Also sometimes, people also look for trading partner in the forum. Keep an eye out.

I just send F20 or PAX 10, firstly to my Alliance neighbours, then favourited neighbours whom I have favourited because they have space mission related buildings (Training Centre, Planetariums, Space Base etc.).

If I receive something really obscure and random from a neighbour, then I tend to send that back as I assume they need the item themselves, otherwise it is always F20.

Occasionally I randomly gift to anyone in my neighbours list (again, F20), particularly if it is late in the day and I need to send XX number of gifts to meet the daily challenge; I prioritise those with a photo on their icon or amusing names!

People always say 'add what you want to your name' and 'list what you need in your signature' which I have done in the past, but rarely if ever have any gifts that I need (and if I do, then by that point I have used the free-video watch each day to obtain said item).

Because very few people will notice that your game name is followed by the gift that the game needs. This is a detail that I have just noticed. :p

This is a system that has worked for years for those of us on the forum. Many (most) of us will take the time to look at the game names of the 29-30 people we are gifting and try to send them what they are requesting.

personally, i don't have that problem 99% of the time. I send as per game name and almost always receive by game's name. But after all, almost all my neighbors are in this forum...
If someone sends me what they want, but i can't even receive because of the 100 limit, i won't send it back. When in doubt, F20 is always receivable, so why send me, for instance, a flight catering, when i have hundreds of them?

Anyway, about gifting habits
my alliance friends come first, that goes without saying
then i have a small set of daily trading neighbors
next, special requests from forum members (generally very specific building related items, but nowadays these are almost nonexistent)
Finally, i keep a list of gifters and return in order.

It depends too. If 90% of your neighbors are random people, then obviously that might happen.

That’s why I prefer to have forum members as neighbors.

What really confuses me is why people send lower levels of fuel (3) and lower levels of PAX (5); why would someone do this rather than send 20 or 10 respectively? Seems strange.
F3 is generally the result of someone sending a gift that you cannot receive. For example a building item for a CT5 when your CT is still lvl 3 (or less) or already lvl 6 (or more)

And in rare cases, it's actually requested - probably because their warehouse has over 100 fuel or passengers and they don't want to send them to the fuel or passenger bar. (possibly because they have thousands in their warehouse and it would take a while) At the moment, I have 3 neighbors requesting f(3).
