Dragon Rising 2019 - Guide

To succeed, you need to complete the following tasks:
- Complete the Rain or Shine collection
- Complete the City of Dolls collection 3 times.
- Build a Dragon installation (lvl 3)
There is additional quest-chain in this adventure.
If you complete the tasks in time, you’ll get the magnificent Fireworks Factory as a reward. The building will provide 126 coins every 8 hours, increase your population cap by 20, and also increase the number of passengers you get from buildings nearby by 3%!

The steps for completing the event: - First, get a Firecracker. You may gain it by driving away demons in your friends' airports. - Firecracker will help you to drive away demons in your own airport and find the Rain or Shine collection items. - By assembling the Rain or Shine collection you will receive items required for building the level 1 Dragon. - The Rain or Shine collection will also give you a Chinese Shop where you can find Fans. You’ll need these for adventure flights. - The adventure flights will give you the City of Dolls collection elements. - For completing City of Dolls collection, you will receive items required for building the level 2 Dragon. - You’ll also receive a Puppet Theatre after completing the City of Dolls collection In the Theatre you’ll find different kites; these are the elements of the last collection, the Wonderful Kites. - When you complete the Wonderful Kites collection, you will receive the last item required for building the Dragon. - To complete the Dragon, you need the items from all the three adventure collections. Complete them, build your Dragon and enjoy the beautiful festival celebration!

Buildings:

Chinese Shop - 2х2, produces 57 coins every hour, requires 11 energy. Also can drod Fans required for the event flights. Can be obtained as a reward for the Rain or Shine collection. Puppet Theatre - 2х2, produces 80 coins every 2 hours, requires 15 energy. Also drops the elements of the Wonderful kites collection. Can be obtained as a reward for the City of Dolls collection.

Statue of Wealth - 1x1, increases your maximum city population by 3, provides 6 coins every 60 minutes, requires 3 energy, price: 750 Red Envelopes
Money Tree - 1x1, increases your maximum city population by 5, provides 10 coins every 4 hours, requires 2 energy, price: 2200 Red Envelopes
Dragon Gate - 1x1, increases your maximum city population by 10, provides 10 coins every 4 hours, requires 3 energy, price: 3700 Red Envelopes
Emperor's Tower - 2x2, increases your maximum city population by 15, provides 14 coins every 8 hours, requires 7 energy, price: 11000 Red Envelopes
Useful Items
Demons - appear around the airport from the start of the event. Can be clicked both at home and in the friends’ airports. At guest Demons drop Firecrackers required for clicking demons in your own city.
At home drop elements of the Rain or Shine collection.
You may spend Red Envelopes on unique buildings and bonuses in a special event shop.
Firecracker - required for clicking demons in your own city.
Fan - required for event’s flights.

A question about the fuel consumption per flight: will it be stable or will it be rising during the time of the event?
I think it unlikely due to the nature of the event. The events I recall where that happened
actually had a reason for the rising consumption. A volcanic episode would likely cause
more fuel consumption as would a major blizzard. I just don't see a reason for it to happen
and as stated there was always an actual reason that pertained to the event.
