I don't know, it has been the same with Bali Hi and decided to delete and readd us, but it did not work because I get thather code is wrong. If you want we can try to erase us, readd and wait what happens.

Unfortunately not - on my side it just gives 'invalid promo code'-error. I've already received the 100 credits so it doesn't allow me enter a second time after I delete the 'awaiting reply'-entry. Had the same problem with CK-Airport on my 'retren'-account.
If you want something that I can supply you'll have to try the request from your side.
